“A new one & a good one” is how Sir Terry Wogan defined Singer-Songwriter's Caroline Harrison latest single on his BBC Radio 2 show.

Originally born in Kent it could have been a very different musical story for Caroline but a family move to rural West Wales in 1997 went on to help shape what looks to be a very promising career in music.

Growing up listening to the Mamas & the Papas, Dusty Springfield, Dionne Warwick and many more it is evident that this era has very much inspired her own sound.

Strong vocal harmonies balance against an almost fragile vocal at times making her music not only thought provoking but extremely uplifting and certainly reminiscent of good times gone by.

Having one of her songs successfully placed in a Brazilian Soap Opera series with over 28 million viewers has led on to her gaining much credit as a Songwriter globally.

Over the past few months Caroline has continued to build on her ever increasing fan base playing a number of successful sets on both London’s Acoustic circuit and across the UK.  She has just released her debut EP recorded out in Stockholm with the acclaimed Peter Kvint behind the production.

Her debut Single ‘Beyond the Darkened Sky’ was released in June and has been gaining much momentum with over 170 Radio Stations in the UK and Europe getting behind it, including, Smooth Radio, BBC 6 Music Steve Lemacq & BBC Radio Wales.

The single has also been play listed on over 72 stations in the UK, with BBC Radio Wales naming her ‘Welsh Artist of the Week’ during the launch week.

Recent support slots have included opening for Texas, Charlotte Church, Jodie Marie and a very successful 8-date tour of Germany supporting Livingston.

Caroline is now preparing to release her 3rd single on December 15th and will be hitting the road on a regional radio tour to promote it.
